Title: Tōyūsō Ryūkyū Shō Genro cho ge (Extemporaneous verses written by Shang Yuanlu/Shō Genro
while traveling in the east vol. 3).
This is the third volume of Tōyūsō, published in 1843, the same year with the first and second volume.
It contains Chinese verses composed by Shang Yuanlu (J., Shō Genro, also known as Urasoe Ōji Chōki),
the director of the Ryukyuan envoys attending the Edo procession in 1842. He was also well acquainted
with the Japanese poetic form known as waka.
